Prices are in Euro per day and include:* 20 % VAT;* Road taxes;* Insurances.
All vehicles have all compulsory equipment, documents and insurances. We also offer additional equipment after preliminary request , such as:
- GPS navigation system; * Snow chains;
- Extra luggage (roof) boxes;
- Road maps. * Child seats;
Delivery is available to all complexes in Bansko and in Sofia city as is the whole country, but the fee depends on the pick up/drop off point.

All rental prices include
- 24-hours rent;
- The rental prices include VAT;
- Unlimited mileage;
- All passengers' seats insurance;
- Third Party Liability insurance higher level, according to the Government regulations;
- Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) and Theft Protection (T.P.) cover renter's responsibility for damages and theft of the rented vehicle with the exception of:
- Any damages and breakdowns on the interior and the exterior, on the vehicle undercarriage (suspension, tires, wheel rims, etc.) which are not caused by a fire or an accident.
- Any damages and breakdowns caused by driving under influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Any damages and breakdowns caused by inappropriate use of the vehicle, high or inappropriate speed, non-compliance with the road conditions and when a written statement from the Police is not presented in case of accident or damage.
- When the car keys, documents or removable stereo are left in the car.
- Prepaid road taxes;
- 24-hour emergency phone support in case of technical problem or accident;
- Exchange of the rented vehicle in cases of breakdowns through Company's fault;
Rates and deposit
- The rent and the deposit have to be paid upon contract signing in cash or by bank transfer;
- Upon car pick-up/delivery out of our office the rental price has to be paid in cash.
- Payment by bank transfer has to be verified upon contract signing;
- The deposit could be paid in cash ;
- The deposit is refundable after car-return and after inspection of the vehicle;
- The deposit is a guarantee for damages of the vehicle, in case of:
- Damages and breakdowns of the interior and the exterior, on the vehicle undercarriage (suspension, tires, wheel rims, etc.) which are not caused by a fire or an accident.
- Damages and breakdowns caused by driving under influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Damages and breakdowns caused by inappropriate use of the vehicle, high or inappropriate speed, non-compliance with the road conditions and when a written statement from the Police is not presented in case of accident or damage.
- The rental contract is formed upon 24-hour rental price, i.e. if the vehicle is rented at 10:00 a.m. it should be returned at the same time at the end of the contract;
Renting of a vehicle
- A reservation is valid after a confirmation from the Company and the customer;
- Upon car pick-up the customer has to present a passport and a valid driving license with minimum 3 years experience;
- Upon car pick-up/delivery out of our offices the client has to bring two copies of his passport and driving license.
- The vehicle is submitted after an inspection according to the Check list;
- The rental price and the deposit have to be paid upon contract signing;
- The vehicle is submitted with determined quantity of gasoline and has to be returned with the same quantity;
- Extra fees apply for car pick-up out of working hours;
Returning of a vehicle
- The vehicle is accepted after an inspection according to the Check list;
- The non-returned amount of gasoline is deducted from the deposit or has to be paid in cash. Extra gasoline is not refunded by the Company;
- Delay of up to three hours is charged an extra 1/2 rental rate;
- Delay of over three hours is charged a full rental rate;
- Delay of more than 24 hours without warning the Company or without its expressive consent, is charged as follows: the rental price for the extra days + one rental day fee. The customer and the vehicle are reported missing to the Police and to the insurance Company;
- In case of extending the rental contract the Company has to be informed in time on the indicated office phones;
- In case of extending the contract the passed period is not recalculated. The extension is paid according to the official tariff for the full contract period;
- In case of earlier return of the rented vehicle the Company has to be informed at time on the indicated office phones. Otherwise the Company keeps its right not to refund the rental price for the whole rental period;
- In case of earlier return of the rented vehicle the contract has to be recalculated with regard to the period of used and up to 3 rental prices may be deducted there from;
- Extra fees apply for car return out of working hours;
Theft, accidents or technical problems
- In case of vehicle theft or an accident, the customer must inform the Traffic Police and be provided with an official written statement and inform the Company as soon as possible;
- Presence of official statement discharges the customer from a financial responsibility, excepting the cases of illegal use of the vehicle (driving under influence of alcohol or drugs, with high or inappropriate speed, non-compliance with the road conditions, pulling a vehicle and etc.);
- In case of accident due to customer's fault the Company is not obliged to exchange the vehicle. This is possible only if there is an available vehicle and upon additional agreement with the Company;
- In case of accident due to customer's fault the latter is responsible with the full amount of the deposit;
- Damages and breakdowns caused by a driver, who has not been recognized by the Company are payable in full by the renter inscribed in the rental contract;
- In case of technical problem of the car, which does not allow the vehicle to continue the contract, the Company is bound to deliver within 24 hours another car within Bulgaria, at its expenses;
- In case of loss, destruction or theft of the vehicle papers, license plates or keys, the customer is to pay a penalty at the amount of 50 Euro for any of the above listed items;
- Small repairs, made by the customer and with Company's knowledge, during the contract period, will be cashed down by the Company;
- Small repairs, made by the customer and without Company's knowledge, during the contract period, will not be cashed down by the Company;

- Preferential rates for long-term contracts;
- In case of unforeseen circumstances the Company preserves the right to change the booked vehicle with another one (according to the customer's requirements and at the arranged prices);
- The Company preserves the right to cancel a reservation for a vehicle and is not obliged to replace it with another, if the booked vehicle is found to be inappropriate for the customer's needs (number of passengers and luggage);
